yea unless you're taking the tranny completely appart and emptying out the torque converter, i put in 4.5 qt's which is a little over a gallon.

Didnt touch the bands, i didnt have too much of a problem with the actual shift points as i did with the hard shifting and slight slipping.

yak, i would go get it flushed, just cause your runnin it, doesnt mean its getting all that **** out,
i wouldnt adjust the bands anyway, because they are very difficult to set. and the slgithest thing not right with them, will cause failure.
