nope..not the air damn cause i pulled mine and left the screws still on the bumper cause i couldnt get them to bust loose...so i dont know what there for

Hmmmm, maybe they thought it would drop some weight from that tank to save gas? HA

Purple~ i figured you would say that..had it since new bone stock 99 2.2L 5 speed 119K...been the best damn little truck ive ever seen..IIRC its dads 6th s10...
Tru dat.
My dad is on his 6th S-10, too. He even bought a new 1998 S-10 in 1999 that was a 2.2 5-speed, it was a nice little truck.
