Hi everyone,
I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Quad Cab 2WD with the 5.2L engine.

My check engine light came on, so I stopped and got the codes read, and was told:

P0257 - Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'E' Malfunction (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

and

P0774 - Shift Solenoid E Intermittent

What exactly does that mean for my truck? It's actually running really well right now. No problems(besides the light) and normal fuel mileage. I haven't found anything on the forum or online about either of those two codes to know what to actually check/test on my truck.
