What size tube is that? 3''? On a dual system like I think you have, 2 1/2'' would be fine.

That is stupid. You would rather cut the **** out of your transfer case than route your exhaust correctly? Thats like wiping your butt before you poop. Then cutting your toilet out.

Have you ever thought about putting a flex coupler in?

I only need to take a little bit off so it will clear.

No one on here has said thoese pices that stick out are crital to the tcase.

And my exhaust is done corectly it just a tight spot.

If your exhaust was routed correctley, it wouldnt hit the transfer case. Durh!

those damn things are so stupid..they last what 50K miles before they start leaking..

and as far as the bigger pipe goes..no big deal..i say just take a little off the T case and call it done..

It was a kit so wht you gonna do?

Taking a little off the tcase wont hurt it. I'm not cutting one of them off just triming down to size.

FTW do it how you want look at it this way, your taking off a little extra weight, I think you will gain 2 mpg for that one.

But taking the edge off wont mess anything up and how many people are gonna be looking at the underside of your truck.
