Default Repainted my tailgate (pics inside)

I got sick of the temporary matte black tailgate, so I finally made it look the way I wanted. The top is krylon fusion gloss white with duplicolor clear. The bottom is duplicolor spray on bedliner. Sorry if the last pic looks a little bleached. It was very bright out.

Looks great! I hope you have better luck with the spray-on bedliner than I did.

What grit sandpaper did you use to get the primer to stick?

when i did thebottom of my doors i used 1000 grit FYI

Thanks i need to paint a fender because it is silver and the rest of the truck is blue. Should i just go over the paint with 1000 grit and then prime n paint?

use 1200 grit first to get the clear coat off, then do 1000 grit, then paint....thats what i did.
