Default Did my bedliner this weekend

I got around to doing the bedliner this weekend. I used Herculiner.

I forgot to take a "before" pic, but I have one from after doing part of the first coat -- but it was worse than it looks in that pic, that was after grinding the entire bed down.

After two coats:

I had a gallon of the herculiner. I've still got like 1/4 of the can even after two coats. I might save some and do my brushguard with it

Alright will do. I might buy some of that UV protectant as well to put on it so it lasts longer.

The pictures all look weird. It's a very dark black color, but in the pictures it looks a lot lighter.

yeah it will turn flat black...I did mine last years and also did the lower 5" of my passenger rocker after fixing rust damage...the weather got too cold to do the driver side but I still have enough left to do that side yet from the 1 gallon kit....The stuff worked great to prevent the rust from returning.... It did return on the driver side where I just primed and painted it...

Yeah I havent seen you around either..Then again I kinda went missing too when I was looking for a truck.

Do they have the UV protection stuff like just in a spray can? i'll have to see if they do like at AZ or something..if they do I want to put that over top as well.

It's like a pretty dark, kinda glossy black right now. I'm not too picky, as long as it does its job.. Hoping it keeps the bed in good shape.

They do have it in a bottle....you can find it on ebay (at least it was there)....Of course many vinyl top and exterior plastic trim uv sprays will work just as well...I heard armor all is a no no for some reason....I think it leaves a white residue or something. I cant remember for sure. I actually like mine flat black...looks like rubber and possibly grips better than with shiny uv oils and sprays, plus it hides any dents and imperfections much better this way. It hasn't faded at all yet
