i replaced my alternator and battery and my 99 dodge ram 1500 still wont charge.. what am i missing? is it possible my ground wore is shot or is there something else?

I would say you have a bad ground. Are your battery terminals clean? Check and replace the ground wire, clean and grease the battery terminals is where I would start.
