Dodge ss/t hp????

Wondering how much hp my 97 ss-t has---5.9L----thanks

Probably 170-180 at the rear wheels. Advertised 235 horsepower at the crank in 1997.

Really nobody knows. Hook it up to a dyno and find out.

it was like 245 due to a different exhaust thats about it, probably around 180 rwhp

says in there, stock 245, mine has a bit more than 300 hp, i got a k&n air filter, computer chip, new headers, saving up for a super charger.

he doesn't have 300 at the rwhp maybe 210-220

If thats all you've done (I don't see a brand name or type of "chip"), you don't have 300 HP. You're definitely still under that. Manufacturers' claims for HP improvements are never true.
