97 1500 towing this trailer with no trailer breaks. Good thing this kid live semi far away from me.

we might be able to see those pics with a magnifying glass. THey are the thumbnails. But we get the gist.

No brakes and he left the hitch open? That trailer is gonna look good sitting on top of that truck when he has to stop in a hurry!

The trailer itself is not that bad. Being empty it probably weighs 5K maybe? Thats well within the capabilites of the truck. What scares me is the open hitch. That is just outright stupid.

I just want to see what he uses that trailer for, empty that should be fine without trailer brakes but anything of size can be disaster and if he was towing the trailer around with that open he probrably doesnt care what happens

thats unbelievably dangerous!!!


It reminds me back a couple of years driving down the road and theres a pick up with a A-frame utility trailer in front of us, and the trailer unhooked broke the chains and flew across a lane, clipped a Jeep and smashed in to the wall. since then I double check everything when I tow stuff.

I looked up the trailer (http://www.eagerbeavertrailers.com/easy.html) the trailers dry weight is 8,380.

With single piston cabilers stopping would a a real bitch.
