Default Contrary to everyone else's experience

My experience with TopGunz has SUCKED !!

I ordered a simple 3" kit from Topgunz. They told me it was in stock and shouold arrive in Raleigh NC in 3 days. I got an email from them saying the order was processed. THAT WAS IT!! I sent 2 emails a week later asking where it was. I then called and talked to Lee, who said their system was down but would call me back. He never did. So I decided to go full court press.... emailing hourly and calling on the 1/2 hr. Finally got an email with a tracking # tha was on the truck. 2 weeks to the day I placed the order.

I got and opened it.... they provide NO instructions at least with this kit. Emails again are going unanswered.

Personally I will never buy from them again.

I hope you get better service than I did.

I recently put a pair of 2" Skyjacker coils on the front of my truck (replaced the 1.5" spacers) and at the same time put a pair of Trail Master 2" long-leaf add-a-leafs in the rear (part # R1530). It was a very complete kit, and came with replacement spring clamps to keep the leaf springs together, and new center pins. The rear add-a-leaf being a long leaf was a PIA to install, as I'm sure all long add-a-leafs are. I didn't have to unbolt/remove the rear springs, but I did have to take them apart to put the new leaf in. And even though it was a PIA install (think large C-clamps, pry bars, bottle jacks, floor jacks, side grinders, etc. - doable just time consuming and physical), I think it was worth it when it was done because it rides not too stiff. And I measured before and after, and I got a full 2" of lift with the add-a-leafs. Now I need to get 285 tires because the 265s look too small. These Skyjacker springs and Trail master add-a-leafs make a good combo, especially for my 1996 1500 4x4 with 185,000 miles.
