I would get it just to feel like the Fonz. twenty bucks. I have spent more on car wash/wax products.

I bought a flip key on ebay with the built in key in the fob. It was a little bigger than I thought it would be. It was still ok but when the key is in the ignition I can't shift down to 1st or 2nd without hitting the key with the shifter. Just something to think about.

Main reason being that theres a reason why the mercedes keys and the higher end cars that have the flipkeys are 250 bucks at the dealer, they'er built alot better and have a better hinge when it opens and closes and when you turn the key.

20 bucks off ebay NEW eh. i dont trust it the hinge will prob wear out pretty quickly and when it does the pin will fall out and when you goto turn the key to start the truck it will break off at the hinge and then you're going to be trying to pull out whats left with a paper clip and a pair of needle nose.

I had the flip key on my BMW and it broke off also and i was lucky enough that the key was too long to fully fit in the ignition so it gave me just enough for the pliers to bite on and pull it out.

the 250 bucks at the dealer includes the "Programming" of the FOB.

i can understand the programming is included in the price but you gotta see where im coming from, that ebay key costs 20 bucks, the dealer doesnt charge you 230 bucks just to program a fob man
