my 99 1500 5.2 46re was experiencing a 1 to 3 shift, skipping 2nd gear, pulled down the pan and found the front band anchor in the pan. fluid was clean, magnet had minimal metal on it. I pulled out the valve body and replaced the band anchor and readjusted the front band, reassembled the trans, replaced filter and filled with atf+4. now 1-2 shift is nice, but the truck bogs down as if i were on the brake on the 2-3 shift. any ideas??
