Default transmission temp question?

does anyone know what the trans temp is normally without doing a cooling upgrades? i added a trand cooler & derale trans pan before adding my trans gauge. i wanted to see if the upgrades helped. thanks

i looking for a temp number for driving around town without towing or hot rodding. i am thinking around 150-160 degrees, guessing before upgrades?

not what i am looking for but thanks. i am hoping to find out the actual trans temp of the fluid for everyday driving? i hope i am asking my question correctly.

I believe the service manual says 160-180 is the normal operating range.
