180K STOCK TRANNY 1998 4X4 1500, I GET good and drunk(wiskey drunk) every couple weeks and like to do roll backs on the pavment for the fellas at the tavern. i have been doing that for a few years now regularly. Then we grab a case of beer and go power slide gravel corners. i did tear up the t-case and re-built it.

I thought I had my original tranny in my truck when I bought it at 167K. The PO did not say anything about it and the truck had only been owned by 2 people. When I tore the tranny down to rebuild it I found a front 5-pinion planitary. So it was a nice suprise to find out it had been rebuilt before.

You guys are all lucky. 115,000 miles and I'm on #3... My cheap a** used AAMCO though and the second one only lasted 3,800 miles.
