hey new here and have a noise coming from new front pads and rotors
Pull the brakes back apart.
Spread this stuff on the back of the brake pads on the bright metal plate with your finger. A light coat is all you need, and let it set up for ten minutes before reassembly.
Use CRC Synthetic Brake and Caliper Grease on the caliper bolts and the shims where the brake pads slot into them. Be generous! If any gets on the rotor face, spray it down with brake parts cleaner before you put the pads back on.
That should eliminate any brake system noise unless you have a more serious problem going on.
Also if you are using carbon metallic pads, expect a bit of noise as you are running a metal pad against a metal rotor.
Rear drums get rusty and make noise all the time. just gotta clean them out with brake parts cleaner and that usually works well.

Did you clean the new rotors off with brake cleaner before installing them? they're shipped with a film of... something on them that should be cleaned before use.
I used to use cheap pads on my thunderbird and every few months they would start squeaking/grinding and I would take them off and file the entire edge of the pads a little bit and they would shut up for a while. I was filing the corner between the side of the pad material and the braking surface. Don't ask me why it worked, but it did.
