Cool power loss/fireing order

hey all i have a 96 dodge ram i bought this used for 3200$ 4x2 with a 3.9 ill post pictures later this evening. I have replaced the exhaust with a flowmaster and a glass pack, changed the front rotors, pads and bearing, i changed the wires and plugs the distrubotor cap, and button, i changed the oil, i used valvoline 5-30 full synthetic, i also changed the ckp ( crankshaft positioning sensor),

now after all the fixes my truck sounds great, it runs smooth but i still feel like there is something holding it from its full potential, when i push the gas i am not getting complete power, when i hook up my scanner its telling me a code for 1391 intermittent power loss to the ckp cmp, since i had the ckp replaced i should be good right, as far as the dodge dealership told me i do not have a cmp if you know different please let e know,

also i am getting misfire code fore cylinder 1 and 2 so can someone please tell me the fireing order so i can check out the gap on the plugs and also if there is a misfire do i have to buy new plugs and wires let me know what you guys think
