Thats not Viper. Viper never talked like that. Trust me, I got into a few "tussles" with him.

 

I don't know Jason...why would someone with 1 post say I'm back? All he needs is a new IP address to come back. My first impression was "oh crap, he's back..."

Its not as easy as you think.

Its pretty easy to trace someone's Internet Provider's IP, and even if its a large provider, you can still see the general area they are located in. A provider's IP almost never changes. So unless we get two people on here using the exact same provider in the exact same area (usually the same city), its pretty easy to tell who's telling the truth about a location and who's not. Obviously there are people in here from the same area or city sometimes, but this happens to not be the case here.

Viper37 was from an area in California. Viper38 is not.
