If you had it installed professionally, take it back to the shop that put it in, and see what they have to say.

 

After double checking everything, I replaced the Crankshaft positioning sensor just for s__ts and giggles, and now the truck runs great, yes I tested it before and it checked out, but that was just but turning the eng. slowly, not at running speed.
