Possibly some fumes in the cab when you are sitting idle. Make sure its not blowing the exhaust on anything underneath.

there is quite a few people that run turn downs, I wouldnt run turn downs unless the muffler came to about right after the cab anything under cab will be loud and while sitting will leave fumes for you to smell, but if you run the muffler past the cab you should be good
