1995 ram can i remove egr when i mod kegger or should i leave it

Default 1995 ram can i remove egr when i mod kegger or should i leave it

i have a 95 ram 5.2l 5speed want to mod my kegger and make a plenum plate can i remove the egr

on my 95 i have non egr headers, so i just made a blockoff plate for mine, but everything else is still hooked up, no probs that i know about

ya i cut my tube inside the intake,,,,,,,,, like dakotas mine all hooked up with not problems

i cut the tube on each end, shoved a bolt through it and had them welded to eliminate my egr....new intake came with a block off plate, so i used that, and i left everything else hooked up....ive had a check engine light 4 times in the past 7K...but when i shut the truck off and turn it on, no more CEL...

I don't see why it wouldn't, as my 97 didn't come with one, and 98+ didn't have them either. But I could be wrong.

does anyone have pics of a egr modded intank how much of the center divider do i take out on my 5.2

i'd remove it (i didn't and getting the tube back in place is a real bastard)

yeah, i get a cel every great once in awhile but its wierd cuz it always comes with a torque converter code also

yeah i think i want to remove the egr i just dont want a cel. i picked up a spare intake form a 96 5.2l jeep should be the same ?
