was hoping you would make an appearance on this thread, calling the warranty company now, gonna have the whole thing rebuilt, going to have the shop tell them it trashed the tranny going down through it, thanks for the input, this may be a damper on the plans for a turbo tho if the warranty ppl give me problems

Well been away for a few days, trucks been in the shop tranny is tore down, and its now down to a fight with the warranty company, which is being more of a pain than the insurance company of the girl that hit me head on in my last one lol, so once we work through this ill let you guys know how things go on it, this is really slowing down my dreams of the turbo set up, so far i have only managed to buy a set of stainless steel headers, and the stainless steel weld on flanges for T3/T4 turbos, since they dont actually make a turbo header for our truck, before i sink too much money into it wanna make sure that the insurance company is going to cover at least 90% of the cost of the rebuild

Default well

the verdict is in, the warranty company is going to cover $1600 towards the rebuild, so i figured i would chuck in an additional couple hundred of my own and have the transmission beefed up abit, as to handle any additional motor upgrade i do down the road,
