whats up guys, well basically i have a question as to whether a certain pairing would work, i just ordered a Viper 5901 2 way alarm with remote start, problem is i have manual locks in my truck ......well i know parts express sells auto door lock kits, that basically just come with 4 actuators (obviously 2 will be useless) the wiring harness and the control module....no switches or keyless or any of that stuff i dont need...

my question is when i wire up the viper alarm, could i install this auto door lock kit and just wire them directly into the viper alarm wires for locking and unlocking as opposed to the auto lock kits control module?

i dont see why it wouldnt work, just control the actuators through the viper (which will already have the wires) and just trash the module that comes with the locks but im no expert so thats why im wondering...thanks for the help in advance

 

now that i looked a little more i could just get these

so that way i dont need to buy and not use 2 actuators, and the control module... i can just hook the 2 wires into the viper system, if anyone thinks it would work
