8" lift with 35's
My truck has 36.5" tires and 4.56 gears. At 70mph in OD, it is running right at about 2,200 rpms. I am glad I didn't go with the 4.88's because it would be running even higher than that on the interstate.
Also, you can see from my sig-pic what 8" of total lift looks like with 36.5" tires. I thought I had a 6" susp lift with 3" body, but I found out it is really only 5" susp lift, so total is 8". I would almost rather delete the body lift and drop to a 35" tire, but it would be money spent that I don't have, so I'm leaving it this way for now. These tires are a little too skinny for the lift in my opinion. I would rather they be another inch or two wider for the look I was after when I bought them.

well unless your truck has something special that my truck doesnt, im running about 3 grand at highway speeds. its a love hate relationship though bc shes got a $hit ton of low end power and takeoff.....but the highway rpm's and gas mileage kill me. im lucky to get 11-12 mpg on a nice long highway trip. not that i care.... if i wanted mpg's i woulda bought a prius lol
The biggest I'll run will be 36 so y'all think I should stick to a 4.56? I'm not really worried about gas mileage but I really don't want 10 to the gallon but I'll deal with it if need be.
