That 8.5" lift and 37's look awesome. So should I still stick with 4.56's?

Not true. Its a ratio. It doesn't change in that sense... if it is close to stock overall gearing at 10 mph, it will still be just as close at 100 mph. What the calculator doesn't factor in is the added weight and rolling resistance of the large tires as well as the more wind resistance (less arrow dynamic) when a lift is installed. Thats why I always suggest one ratio lower (numerically higher).

97tn4x4, if you are looking for close to a stock setup, snag the 4.56's. If you want a bit more low end torque, jump up to 4.88's. And, if you ever plan on juming up to 36's or 37's, skip the 4.56's.

Thats not a bad price for labor and parts, i ordered my parts from complete off road last night (5.13's both install kits, open front carrier, and eaton trac loc locker for the rear) and my total was around 1300 and i still have to take it to the local axle guy to have them put which will probably cost me around 3 - 400.

I like the look of just a tad more lift than tire. But I had originally thought of ordering everything from completeoffroad and taking it to the guy I know that can do it but it wouldve been like 1800 or a tad more so I called 4wheelparts and they said I drop the truck off and 1600 and I can pick it up later that day.

3" coil spacers in the front, AALs in the rear won't cost much more than a body lift. Should be able to fit 35's easily, plus it's not just a body lift

There's one like 15 minutes from me. I just figured they build them everyday and they're cheaper so it was a easy decision.
