Thumbs down Lil update on whats goin on,....eh?

So I havent been around much, blame that on school and Air Force. (Btw leaving for field training Aug. 1st (form of officer training ))

Havent done much to ram but maint stuff for the time being while im in college, untilll...

Coming home (to school) one day from home home (lol) went over a bump and heard a large metal crashing/clang sound. Got freaked out, checked condition of ram, everything seemed fine/drove fine. Few weeks after that, went over a bump and i magically appeared in the other lane after a huge bounce. Since this is my DD, and i need it asap, i took it to the dealer (i know..i know).

Turns out i have something major wrong with my steering...so my parents say. Something 1700 bux worth of wrong, i have yet to still find out whats up with my ram, but due to the situation my parents are paying for it (thank god).

What baffles me now is that within the past month, i threw on moog ball joints, a new sway bar, all new bushings, new pitman arm tie-rod, and tie rods for the steering linkage.
My steering box was replaced 2 years ago along with wheel bearings. All while getting wheel alignments. Shocks are fine, and i have a duel steering damper, with a brand new damper sitting under my bed at home just in case.
Im at a loss of what majorly needs to be fixed, but the ram doesnt stay center in the road (wanders) and going over bumps are now like death.

Haha if that was hard to follow, basically 1700 worth of crap needs to be done to my steering and I still have no Idea what it is. Its at the stealership for now, work started on it yesterday. Im not to worried with the stealership, the guys around me a lil more pricey, but they actually do quality work and back it up if something goes wrong

Still though....:,( Least it still looks nice

They just gave you a price and you didn't ask what was wrong with it and they didn't tell you?

Could be a bad track bar/bushing. But unless the dealer is making you buy a $1500 track bar, they must have found some other stuff too.

Im at college, i left the ram with my rents.

There was a miscommunication with my rents so threyre the retarted ones. They knew the problem ( my parents) but neglected to tell me. I need a new steering box, which rebuilt two years ago, but now i have a brand new one.

Picked truck up yesterday for 755, so im happy i have my ram back and it wasnt as much as i thought. Steering is amazing again lol
