So this is what I need? I am confused, it says needed 2, does the $119 include what I would need for the drivers side?

You should be able to grease the ball joints on my 96 they are greasable, if you can grease them do that see if the problem goes away, normally your tire will start to lean before you lose a ball joint.

Yep, typical grease fitting just dont over fill it or you will bust the seal, trust me i made that mistake.

a good 3 or 4 pumps would do nicely IF it's bone dry, 2 or 3 if it's atleast wet

I know on mine I had a nipple on both bottom and top ball joints, and I filled them till I noticed the rubber was moving, it took a quite a few pumps but they hadnt been done in awhile, Not sure how different it is between the years but next time you get a chance get under your truck and check it out and fill them up if it doesnt fix the problem it wont hurt to do some preventative maitenence.

And while your down there might as well hit the rest of the greasable joints.

Also we're talking two totally different setups also, iv got a solid axle and you two have spindles which i didnt take into consideration, the upper balljoints will be the same but the rest is different

Thats why I am adding my .02 but I know there are some differences in the 01 spindles and dont know if that effects the ball joints too
