Question 94 ram 360 runs bad after warmup

Hey guys, I have recently purchased a 94 ram 1500 with a 5.9 360 and I am having alot of trouble trying to troubleshoot this problem. The engine seems to be in great shape and runs excelent when the engine is cold but after warmup it seems to loose timing or fuel not quite shure. I have tried replaceing the temp sending unit to cpu, and have tried replacing the ignition controll module but still have no luck. This problem has really got me boggled, If any of you guys can help it would be greatly appriciated.

After about 3-4 min of running the truck goes from open loop to closed loop. witch operates and runs different from open loop.
could be one of numerous semsors.
service engine light on ?
O2 sensors, spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, any if these can cause that.

from what you can tell...what has been done/modefied to the truck ?

Focker hit it right on the money. I had this issue with my 96 and come to find out that the O2 sensors caused it.
