I just ran out and took a mirror and flashlight and looked in the hole on the bottom one again. I cant see anything. It just appears to be a hole. No valve or anything. Is there suposed to be somthing in there?

ya mine has a cap on it, but it wouldn't prevent it from leaking, it's just a dust cover type thing, same as the top.... Can you tell if that center piece maybe did fall out? I'm too scared to take mine apart to see whats in there lol.... you might be better off just goin to a JY and gettin the whole block. I've never seen this problem before, weird...

Look at the top one on yours, it has some type of core in there. Yours must have come apart somehow?? I'll go out and try to get a look at my bottom one, but I'm pretty sure it is the same as the top

EDIT: I was wrong.... I used a makeup mirror (thank my wife lol) and somehow managed to get into a position to get a decent pic of the bottom one... And it is indeed hollow like you say, unlike the top one. So back to square one I guess?

Well when the brake pedal is pressed the black button should push out slightly and retract when pedal is released, Haynes manual mentions this, service manual doesn't...HMMMMM
If it's leaking I'd say some sort of o-ring or seal is leaking in the combination valve, from what I've read it is not serviceable..Which sucks cause they are pricey.

If I were you I would hit up a junkyard for one, I can't imagine that these fail on a regular basis so you'd probably be ok with a used one. Or, there's a couple guys here that just got thier hands on parts trucks, maybe you could convince one of them to give you one ...

can you go without your truck for a bit? You could pull it off and get a good look at it and take it apart maybe. Looks easy enough to take off, 1 bolt and the 4 brake lines....

This peice doesnt look like it moves at all. Are you sure??? Im like 99% sure it does not move at all. I guess i could go see if it moves when the pedal is pressed.. This sucks, cause i do need my truck all weekend and next week. And i need it the most next week. I have no other vehicle i can drive right now.
