The ram 16's have two stock sizes which are 245/75r16 or 225/75r16.

What about 255/70/16 tires? They are cheaper at walmart then the 265/75/16s and the 245/70/16s. Will the 255/70/16s work ok on 01 ram wheels?

Those tires will fit and look a little better than stock because they are a little bigger.

Well, they are actually a little smaller than the 265/75/16s that I have on there now.

I was thinking about the smaller stock size (245).
