UPDATE- Well today i put on my cap, rotor, IAC, and plug wires. It runs better, but it didnt solve my problem. It did take my miss out around 2 thousand rpms, but it still doesnt want to idle right, runs rich, and doesnt have a ton of power. I put my new TPS on and ran it for a couple hours, it didnt do anything so i took it back and got my 60 bucks back. However I do believe i have a VACCUM LEAK. My a/c doesnt blow very hard at all but when i really give it gas the a/c magically blows really hard. And I have an obnoxious squeak coming from under the hood. So im deffinately assuming VACCUM leak. So im gonna try and get that fixed and put my MAP sensor in tommorrow. Does my problem sound VACCUM related to you all?

a VACUUM leak would cause a rough idle, running rich and the a/c problem right? also i dont know but it seems to have a slight power loss? is this all connected to what i think is a vaccum leak?

could be vacuum leak, could be clogged cat, could be blown plenum, could be a combination of any of those plus some...lol.

ya i cant figure out this truck. I heard what i thought was a vaccum leak last night, and now of course i cant hear anything, but its still idleing rough and seems to have a power loss. new MAP tommorrow, already bought it so i'll put it on tommorrow. Maybe i'll go see about cutting my cat off and welding a y-pipe in its place. IDK what else too do??!!

well the codes were saying map

****just my thoughts if the map dont help,,,and i would still check this*************

you also most likly has a blown plenum gasket to help with the no power then that plug's up the cat and coats the o2 senor with oil and will make the truck run bad

That would be the ball check valve on the passengerside of the intake, theres 2 or 3 of them.

Like i said last time look for crazy vents or wild vents in the search feature and you will get a ****load of threads about how to fix it, sheriff420 actually did a DIY on it i do believe

that would explain your heater/ac going into and out of defrost when you push the gas, alot of our trucks do it. Mine included.
