tps maybe?

Default tps maybe?

well this morning i went out to the truck to go to school go to start the truck up turns over and then dies.try agin nothing. so i get in pump the pedel as i turn the key starts up but as soon as i get off the throttle it dies. so im reseting the cumpter see if that dose anything.But i thinck its the tps.So my question is were is the tps at to replace?

TPS is on drivers side of throttle body, 2 #25 torx and an elec connector.

your problem sounds more like IAC, which is on the rear of the TB, 2 torx and an elec. there is a port inside the well for the air to pass through. it miight be stopped up with gunk. do not push, pull, or twist the pintle. if you replace it, don't forget the o-ring.

both are available at any parts store for $35-45 each.
