Default need help with tuners

Awhile back i did a 408 swap for my 99 dodge truck. I purchased a SCT Tuner. It came with 2 tunes. neither of those tunes are working for the truck.

The truck currently has denotation (don't worry I'm not driving it). I am looking for suggestions on getting someone who is very familiar with the SCT tuner line and dodge trucks to write me a new tune. I have all the engine specs and everything that will be needed to complete the tune.

The place i purchased the tune is no longer responding to my inquiries and i would like to get my truck resolved.

Currently the tune is set to 32degrees at WOT. I need a tune created at 26degrees WOT to see if the denotation goes away, if it does i need to bring it up from 26degrees so i can get just a little more power back.

Can anyone suggest a place that will be able to help me out?
