welcome to df.
do you have a check engine light or any codes?
does it die at high rpm/speed, or only when you let off the gas and expect it to idle.
if it dies at idle, replace TPS or IAC
if it dies going down the road at speed, maybe coil. its a cheap part, so it might be worth guessing at. if its not that, it might be worth have a mechanic do a real time scan to see if something flakey will show up.

I had similar situation recently where mine would die shortly after you start it when it was cold.
Then it would restart and I could go wherever I wanted, as far as I wanted, shut it down as many times as I wanted so long as it didn’t get completely cold again.
I had replaced a damaged crank sensor (damaged during transmission install) with a Napa crank sensor.
The Napa crank sensor was causing this issue.
Replaced the Napa sensor with OEM and issue was gone.
Never got any codes the entire time this was happening.
2 points to all this:
1) Could be crank sensor causing this.
2) Only use OEM crank and cam sensor when replacing them.
