My truck doesn't have a hitch and I want one. I can order one online for around $200. When I have time here within the next few days I want to call around to some junk yards to see if they have anything. What price range should I be looking at?

It really depends more on where you live.

 

I sold my OE hitch on Craigslist for $75 and had several responses. Just keep in mind that you will have to spend another $15-$25 on new hardware. You don't want to try to reuse the rusty bolts. Make sure you get the correct grade 8 bolts.

 

Any where from $5 and up. Anything more the $50 is nuts. Make sure it's a class III hitch.

 

The one I got for the front of my truck was 25$ at a junk yard.

 

I got a mopar class three factory hitch with hardware for $40. I had to pull it.

 

i bought a brand new Class 3 Reece from Walmart for about $110 a couple of years ago, so don't overpay on a rusted up used one.

 

Class III? I have a Class V... But I have the tow package...
