Default 98 transmission in a 94 1500
I just bought my second ram 1500 and this one is a 94 my question is i have a spare trans from a 98 that was in my 99 while the 99 was being rebuilt.

anyway i thought i would have the 98 trans rebuilt and waiting for the 94 to go out then put it in the 94.

will it work?

No the 98 is a 46RE and the 94 is a 46RH.
