bring a deep wallet. its probably a 1 inch drive. weighs about 20-40 pounds. generates about 2000 pounds of torque. depending on brand, costs about $500-1000.

that one is electric, so it makes it a lot bigger and heavier.

i have 3/4 electric Bosch that i picked up for almost nothing. i LOVE bringing it out an letting it beat on things that are stuck. the only problem is trying to get it to fit in normal spaces, forget tight spaces.

nice pics...it will be much easier now....but IMO you should do pass. side too, and the axle seals.....3 days after i did my first wheel bearing, the seal started to leak, and a week later my pass. wheel bearing was toast,

so i replaced

wheel bearings, axle seals, u-joints, and ball joints all at the same time.

I did the passenger side U-Joint about 6 months ago. I will do the bearing when it goes. Which could be soon, who knows. lol

Next time you change a wheel bearing try using an air chisel.
Not sure of the make, didn't look and its not mine. But its awesome... I love it. lol

+1 Yes its a 1 inch drive, and does weigh about 20-40 pounds. And there is no getting that beast in to tight spots, so don't get to use it to much. But when you do, its a monster. lol

I didn't notice it was electric till you said something. I'm gonna have to start looking around for something that is more heavy duty than the impact my pap gave me. A week ago I picked up a 60 gal. compressor for $250.

Not a bad price. Having one at your finger tips makes jobs a lot easier.
