Default Options for fuel tank swap?

So I have something wrong with the pump/filter/tank/BS.

Anyone ever done an external pump setup? Is it possible to simply bypass the internal tank pump and go with an external pump and traditional filter setup?

Not gonna happen man, the system we have it needs to be internal, also the filter isnt an option either. Ours are none serviceable there is actually two total, one in the tank on the bottom of the pump and one ontop of the tank thats inside the fuel regulator.

Here is a DIY i put togeather when i changed mine not too long ago, if you do decide to do it this will give you a good idea on how to go about it.
