Vapor Canister large vacuum line, goes where?

I don't have any hoses on the drivers side, just those 2 on the other side... The small hose goes to the CAD unit on the diff and the big one goes to my canister. It just happens to be on the opposite side of yours, the canister is on the pass side too. So it should be the same thing you have, just yours doesn't have the vent cap on it...

on my 96 its on the drivers side and also has a vent cap on it

The Charcoal "vapor" canister connects to the purge solenoid that is located on the rear drivers side of the manifold. It has 2 elbow connected hoses and a wiring harness connected to it. The capped off port in the manifold is very typical on our trucks.
