Axle seal help please.

I have a 98 Ram 1500 with a Dana 44 front rear.
When I type my VIN # into Napa Prolink for my parts it brings up the front axle seals.
Question I am having is:
It show the that the ID of the left and right seals are different.
They are saying that the left side seal has an ID of 1.313 and the right seal has a ID of 1.614
Is this true ?
Are the ID's of the left and right seals different?

may not be much help, but i know the right and left side are different than one another shape wise....

The passenger seal is a good deal bigger than the driver seal on the Dana 44.
