Your best bet is to save up and do your exhaust at once, and do it in stainless. otherwise you start... " "-rig'n it. I've been there and done that before, and spent a lot more doing it in sections than if I would have done it at once. A year ago exactly, I cut everything out and started over. But to answer your question... no, it probably isn't worth doing. In fact, it has gennerally been suggested to stay away from LT's unless you have some motor mods to support it. Do what you gotta do tho...

Edit, Just noticed your from NY. I've heard emissions are more strict in NY... so be aware that the LT headers are sold as "off road use only". This may or may not affect you, but the shorty headers are legal and bolt right up.

dynoed horsepower gain of 13, so its a lil gain. LTs with high flow cat and a muffler of your choice will sound amazing.

Just as a suggestion, if you put a totally new exhaust in use header collector flanges with gaskets or some other type of flange so that you can easily remove the exhaust without cutting it. I have header flanges on my exhaust and it is very functional.

depends on where you get it. Get a muffler from magnaflows site, and itll run you 100 plus shipp.

Ebay however, can be from 80 to 100, usually with free shipp.
