Hell, I am lucky if I get 300 miles out of a tank.

But I wouldn't trade my 4wheel drive for anything, unless it has a Cummins and four back tires, then it would be 6 wheel drive.

Ah to hell with that why not go all out and get a t-rex...then it's 6wd and you get that 8.0. Never did like that motor. you should see some of the t rex videos on youtube though if you havn't. for 6wd they don't do to well in the mud and muck.

Well obviously your gas guage is broken, because there is no way that 18 gallons is only a quarter of a tank.

yeah that is what is says...because on "empty" I only put 22 gallons into it...but when my guage was broken, I would put 24-26 gallons into the tank....it must be a safety thing so you don't run outta gas

long story
lol I remember that... was thinking same thing

not all gas is created equal btw...a popular magizine found that if they filled up at one perticuliar gas station they averaged 3-5 mpg more than any other they tried...this was on a vw "mileage motor" they were testing but same rules apply....gas formula varies a bit across the country depending on who refines it...
but in this case I'm gonna state the most common cause of high mpg on a dodge ram.... incorrect calculations
I get about 13mpg...on the highway

that's why they started putting those mpg deals in the overhead consolsn that'll tell you your average mpg...it's for idiots like me that can sit down for 6 hours with a calculator and come out with a different number every time they calculate fuel economy.
