the plenum fix will wake it up quite a bit. you can tell when its done.

other thing not stated (that i can see) is the tire size you're running. 285s are about 33 inches tall. much bigger than the stock 29/30 inch tires that come from the factory (245x75r16 i believe) this will make your truck feel sluggish as well.

:P i took that into consideration but it came with 265's so its not much of a difference and gear changes are going to happen later on... like after the plenum and new bushings for the front end... they clunk every now and then....

just ask a women how much difference an inch can make

its not a big step i know. but it does add to the sluggish factor a bit!

gears = good!
