i can believe him i live in texas and some of the cops are power hungry butt wholes. One time had a state trooper pull me and a friend over. He turned his brights on when he got behind me to run my plate, right as i looked back and i swirved a little bit and when he asked me why i did that and if i had been drinking i told him no and why he grabbed his billy-club and said dont get any attitude with me son and i wasnt getting any attitude because they look for any reason to beat the crap out of you.

try living in Massachusetts... having insurance is mandated by law, if your insurance is canceled ...so's your registration (an arrestable offense!) i know from experience
then there's all the bulls**t laws about vehicle mods...i could wall paper a room w/tickets and warnings

that siren/pa is probably considered a "shoot to kill" situation by cops here....

republic of texas. thats all i say when i walk into court and everything is pushed to a later date. after 6 months ill get a letter in the mail saying charges have been dropped due to lack of resources.

bulverde pd is curently under federal investigation. they have only been around for 7 years and theres 63 active squad cars in a town of 4000...? i have filed and won 3 personal grievance cases against them. so has the other half of town
