damn good price. Is it under warranty? Because if they got the extended warranty, you need to bring that paperwork to the dealership and pay 50 dollars.

Saved me a boatload of money. i bought mine at 42K, and 2 months ago the transfer case cracked at 48K. I never drove the truck in 4WD except for when it snowed. I think it was enviornment related (bringing a california truck to arkansas).

Check for leaks under your truck every week. it was hard for me to spot the leak because the skid plate prevented any of the fluid to pool under the truck. Lord knows how long it had been leaking.

If you plan on keeping it for more than 3 years, I would skip the plugs/wires/cap/rotor, and just do the fluids.

It will cost you a decent amount, but these would be best to do at the dealership:
Tranny drain and fill (do not flush) with band adjustment: 120
Rear Diff: 120

I would check the plugs and wires. if the wires show any signs of dry rot, then change them. Along with the plugs, and CAP AND ROTOR. Summit has a great tuneup kit for 99 bucks:
the Accel truck tuneup kit:
Cap and rotor (brass terminals)
Extreme 9000 wire set
Accel U-groove spark plugs.

Accel is made by denso, so they are of good quality. I have used that kit every time and i cannot complain.

i work in a car dealership so labor is fairly cheap. i work in the parts dept but the techs look out for me. speaking of, im getting all 4 ball joints done for $100.

the wires look new, but im not sure what brand they are. i was going to go with factory plugs/wires. everyone has their own opinion on brands and all that so i was just going to go with factory. i beleive they are champions. i really dont plan on doing any kind of racing/mudding or any of that. just drive it really.

my only plans for it are 3 inch body lift, 33s, keyless entry, hids, black headlight lenses, and i really think that might be it. and probably a tonneau cover.

Is that scratch in the base coat or just in the clear? If in the clear a little wet sanding with some 2000 grit and a good buff and it may disappear. I just buffed the word **** off the side of a car a few days back.
