Default What all is involved in Hub replacement 2wd

How hard is it to replace the hub on a 2001 Ram thats 2wd. Its only got 80K miles and so far all 4 Ball Joints have gone, now the passenger side hub.

Do I have to take the entire steering knuckle off? ( unbolt ball joints?)

Thanks,
Ryan

Nope, don't have to touch the balljoints. Take off the tire, and brake caliper, loosen three bolts on the back side of the knuckle, that hold the hub in place, get the hub to let go of the knuckle..... take the bolts out, and put the new stuff on.

I think the rotors are 'staked' in place by the wheel lugs on that.... or, they might just slip over the hub. You will find out when you get in there.
