Default Hughes Engines Group Buy: Put in your wishlist

Gents,

In order to really SELL Hughes on a group buy, we need to get them something they can see. Since they ar business owners, they need to be able to see what they stand to make.

Post here ANYTTHING that hughes has, that you would jump at the chance of saving about 15-20% at a minimum. If I can get a good idea of all the parts, there can probably be negotiation based on part (discount on heads might be different than a discount on the Airgap).

Here is my wishlist of parts that I would 90% commit to for this buy:
1. Iron Ram heads, 1.92 Stainless valves ($799 ones)
2. ARP head bolts
3. Engine gasket kit
4. Performance timing chain

Once I get some ammunition I can negotiate better. I would even take a free set of ARP head bolts (with purchase of heads) over a discount. Or even all gaskets needed for a head swap.

We can't just email the guy and say "Can we get airgaps for 450?" He is a business owner and wants numbers. I would not do it for only 5 air gap sales.

Post here what you are willing to buy if we did a group buy within the next 90 days. Heep other traffic at a minimum please.

I would definitely order a plenum repair kit.

Put me down for the gasket kit as well!

Iron Ram heads
408 striker kit
airgap intack

I have there timing chain set. If I get the striker kit I plan to ditch the cats so no need for the 02 sensors just going to use a spacer.

But i could go for all 4/5
Iron Ram heads, 1.92 Stainless valves ($799 ones)
2. ARP head bolts
3. Engine gasket kit
4. Performance timing chain
5. 408 striker kit

One can only wish

actally if they were smart the would be able to make alot more money if they made the airgap cheaper , alot of people would rather get that than just peplacing the gaskets.
