Thumbs up Weird bogging/hesitation issue at startup

i searched but didnt see anything that was like my problem. when i first start it up, it idles fine for a couple minutes. then it starts to idle really rough, and it feels like the truck is about to cut off but the rpms dont move or bounce around really.

this last between 10-20 seconds and then idle will bounce up to about 1500-2000, ease back down to normal idle rpms, and then it runs fine. this only happens when truck is first started.

and if i just start it and start driving it, and it happens when im pulling down my street, there is NO acceleration and it kinda bogs and hesitates, and makes this popping noise on the right side of the truck.

after all this, the trucks runs great. there is pickup and it will get moving, but only after it gets through this. i was going to change plugs and wires (wires look newer but not sure what brand), not sure what else to look at.

im not sure if its a sensor issue, vacuum issue or what. any ideas?

I would suggest looking at the idle air controller...I would also clean the throttle body..and then buy a bottle of seamfoam and run it through the brake booster vacuum line to clean the intake out....that seafoam is amazing, it sometimes is like a mechanic in a bottle
