Default Leaf Springs

ok i went and looked at the truck, and i noticed it has a sag to the drivers side...and i know its my leaf springs....when my shackle snapped, it sent my drivers leaf into the bed....(replaced passenger before it snapped) so i figure this is why my leaf spring is bad...

but the real point im trying to get to is replacement...i know i shouldnt re-arc them, but i was looking in my LMC magazine, and i would like to upgrade to the 6 leaf pack. ($499) but its expensive...

Isnt it true that the 2500/3500 leafs are wider than the 1500's? so i wouldnt be able to do a direct swap right?

Is it worth getting ones from a junkyard? or should i go new?

its about a 2 inch difference from wheel to fender on each side
