Custom SCT tune & what you have, should give almost double what your 3815 gave. Thats if you dont have a dealer death flashed pcm.
Never had a problem with the AEM.
With Eddy TES shorty hdrs I had the w/b o2 on drivers side, right below the ball connector for the ypipe, before it bends to go across the front of the trans.
My 1 3/4-3" LT hdrs, have a bung in each collector

Think of it this way
Stock-
Non flashed 5.9 makes 180rwhp (depending on options)
Death flashed 5.9 makes 160rwhp
SC or PPIII & non flashed 5.9 make 195rwhp
SC or PPIII & death flashed 5.9 will make same 195rwhp
SCT & non flashed or death flashed 5.9 makes 210rwhp
The tuners give 15rwhp though it appears to be 35rw on the DF truck because the DF is being removed.
SCT is good for 30rwhp gain non flashed but on a death flash it appears to give 50rwhp.
* #s above are just used as examples & not accurate to what you will see on a dyno.

I tried to word it so you see what the gain is from the tuner, not the gain from removing a DF. That didnt work so heres the full version ![Wink](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)
