Hhhhmmm..... that's odd.... I read it a couple days ago (as I get to do this as well....) and now I am unable to come up with it??

If you look down your throttle bores, and see oil, time to do the plenum fix. Signs that it is bad: Spark knock on accel, excessive oil consumption, are the two big ones.

Start with cleaning the pulleys/belt. Just a little bit of dirt in the groves in either makes for a fair bit of noise.

your plenum will blow out if it hasnt already...its a manufactureers defect, and the plenum is very easy to do, only special tool need is a fuel line disconnect (6 bucks)

and best bet is to get a haynes repair manual, so the next project you wont have to search another DIY, everything you need to know is in the haynes

not gonna cut down our mods, but just saying that since someone cleaned up the DIY, i havent been able to find DIYs that were there before. maybe they were consolidated a little too much. for example i couldn't find the evap core DIY and now the plenum one...its probably there just gotta look harder. although i noticed there is a 3rd page again in the DIY, that wasn't there last week..whats better 95ram? haynes or the PDF version on the FAQ? i just hate spending 25$ on haynes when i have the PDF but i loved the haynes when i had my ranger (haynes was a gift and im glad it was bc of he price)
